Programs: DMagic Wheel Mod by DMagic1

Open the default.dat in data folder with Notepad and after this line:
MODELFILE MODELS\GENERIC\WHEELS.DFF put this: MODELFILE MODELS\GENERIC\nowheel.DFF. Save and close the file.

Open the default.ide in data folder and overwrite:
# wheels: 250-257 with: # wheels: 250-257, 249.
-
Find this line:
256, wheel_smallcar, generic, 2, 20, 70, 0 and under it put this: 249, wheel_lightmod, generic, 2, 20, 70, 0.

Copy the file nowheel.dff in models\generic folder.

Programs: Gta Garage Mod Manager by Delfi

Downloaded the program, extract it on the Vice City folder.

Run the ggmm.exe and click on Installer>>Manual Mod Installer as the screen

Now open the Readme file, of the car downloaded, where there are all the settings lines.

Opened the readme, copy the lines in the right spaces as the screen and we'll have this.

Now click on Dff Model and select the dff of the car downloaded.

Do the same for the txd file and we'll have this.

Finish the installation clicking the 'Install' button.

Play and enjoy!

Note: you must have installed DMagic Wheels Mod before do this tutorial!
Programs: Img Tool 2.0 by Spooky

Select the Gta Vice City folder, go to proprieties and unselect the read only.

Open the gta3.img file in models folder with Img Tool 2.0 and press F2 for find the file that you must replace, example cheetah.dff and cheetah.txd.

Select cheetah.dff and press canc for delete it.

Click to Commands>Add and select the cheetah.dff of the car downloaded.

Select now cheetah.txd and press canc for delete it too.
-
Click to Commands>Add and select the cheetah.txd of the car downloaded.

Important: Don't delete two file in the same time because makes mistakes.

If there are, handling.cfg, carcols.dat and default.ide line in the readme, do these passages:

Close Img Tool 2.0 and open the file handling.cfg, carcols.dat and default.ide in data folder with Notapad.

Find "cheetah" and overwrite the line after the name with the line that there is in the Readme file.

Do the same thing for other 2 files (carcols.dat and default.ide).

Introduction:
In this tutorial I'll explain how to use Moo Mapper. First of all the Moo Mapper it's used to modify the city in all its particulars: streets, buildings, objects, trees, etc. Now let's see how it is.
The program:
Think that we want put a jump to Leaf Links (Golf Club). Downloaded the Moo Mapper, extract it wherever you want and run the exe. We will see a window with some options: choose the game between Gta3 and GtaVc and choose the detail level on the program. Select a game (VC in this tutorial), select 'All models all texture' and click Launch Moo Mapper! Note: you need more than 380mb RAM otherwise you will see all white.
Now the program looks like this
Here, I numbered the options available:

coordinates of the object.

IPL list.

gta3.img contents.

IDE file list.

IPL file list.

to load an IPL.

to close an IPL.

to create a new IPL.

to delete an IPL.

to duplicate an object selected.

Creation:
To start the creation of the map you have to click the button 8 (New). Choose a name to the new map and click save. Now select in the list 2 the IPL named: DATA\MAPS\golf\golf.ipl and Leaf Links will appears. To move the camera use the right click mouse, the left click to move and the mouse wheel for zoom, (if you haven't the wheel in the mouse you can use + or - that are between point 1 and 2). Now find this jump that is located on the left from the entrance of the Golf Club. Double left click on it and will appear this window where I numbered the options:

identifying code (different for every object).
-
object name.
-
to move the object with the arrows (or Ctrl).
-
to move the object with the arrows (or Ctrl).
-
to move up or down the object with the arrows (or Ctrl+Shift).
-
center the object.
-
move the object on the X axis.
-
move the object on the Y axis.
-
move the object on the Z axis.
-
reset the position.
For the moment we only need the ID number that is 2164. Close the little window and select in the list 10 our IPL that is the last. So click the button 12 (Add items) and write the ID number (2164): the jump will appear. If you want to rename it, put in 'model name' a name without any spaces.
To move the object use Ctrl.
To move up or down it use Ctrl+Shift.
To copy an object use the button (Duplicate).
To delete it use the button 13 (Delete items).
Now put it wherever you want and close the Moo Mapper. The program will you ask to save and obviously click yes. Play and enjoy!

Introduzione:
The Txd Workshop, created by Jernej, is the last version of the famous program for modify the txd files. Now I'll explain how to use this beautiful program.
How appear:
Just opened, we have the possibilty to choose if open a .txd or a .img file. In this tutorial we'll open a txd so click 'Open TXD' and for example select the particle.txd file in the models folder. Here I numbered in a screenshot the buttons that we can find in the program:

Open a img file
- Open open a txd file
- Save the txd. (if you don't save the program will ask you if do it when you close the program)
- The 'Import' button overwrite the image selected with another on your computer (only of png, bmp or tga format).
- The 'Export' button export the image selected in png, bmp or tga format.
- The 'Flip' button turn 180° the image selected.
- The two buttons move an image selected before or after other image.
- Look the proprieties of the image selected.
- Zoom the image.
- The opposite of the previous.
- Image selected.
- Look the image.
- Look the image's alpha.
- Look the alpha and the image together.
- This button let you choose the three Gta for convert the txd before you'll save it.
- List of txd's images.
- List of the txd files that are inside the img file.
- Hide the part of the program not used. (txd or img)
Txd modifying:
Now we will modify a txd file. Before we must decide what txd we are going to modify... for example I don't like the Moon. Open the particle.txd file in the models folder with the program and find the image of the Moon. Is the 95° called coronamoon. Select it, click Export and choose the format that we want (png, bmp or tga). Now modify the image as we want. After modified the Moon click the Import button and select our file. Now click Save and close the program. Run the game and look our new Moon :D
Utility: if you want that all .txd files will open with Txd Workshop go to About>>about and select 'associate txd files with txd workshop'.

In this tutorial I'll explain how to change the cars names using VC Gxt Editor 1.2. Downloaded the program write near 'File:' the path your gxt file (screen). Written the right path of the gxt file, click on the Load button for load it. Now you can see all cars names, also other stuff names, on the right side of the program. Search manually the name of the car that you want change and click on it. Now, in the bottom side of the program you can see the name of the car chosen (screen). Modify it how you want, click Apply and lastly click Save.
