| Guide to Txd Workshop |
Programmi: Txd Workshop 4.5 by Jernej
Introduction:
The Txd Workshop is a program used to modify the txd files. Now I'll explain how to use this program.
The program:
Just opened, we have the possibilty to choose if open a .txd or a .img file. In this tutorial we'll open a txd so click 'Open TXD' and for example select the particle.txd file in the models folder. Here I numbered in a screenshot the buttons that we can find in the program:
-
Open a img file
- Open open a txd file
- Save the txd. (if you don't save the program will ask you if do it when you close the program)
- The 'Import' button overwrite the image selected with another on your computer (only of png, bmp or tga format).
- The 'Export' button export the image selected in png, bmp or tga format.
- The 'Flip' button turn 180° the image selected.
- The two buttons move an image selected before or after other image.
- Look the proprieties of the image selected.
- Zoom the image.
- The opposite of the previous.
- Image selected.
- Look the image.
- Look the image's alpha.
- Look the alpha and the image together.
- This button let you choose the three Gta for convert the txd before you'll save it.
- List of txd's images.
- List of the txd files that are inside the img file.
- Hide the part of the program not used. (txd or img)
Txd modification:
Now we will modify a txd file. Before we must decide what txd we are going to modify... for example I don't like the Moon. Open the particle.txd file in the models folder with the program and find the image of the Moon. Is the 76° called coronamoon. Select it, click Export and choose the format that we want (png, bmp or tga). Now modify the image as we want. After modified the Moon click the Import button and select our file. Now click Save and close the program. Run the game and look our new Moon :D
Utility: if you want that all .txd files will open with Txd Workshop go to About>>about and select 'associate txd files with txd workshop'.
